We are very pleased that our wines have also appealed to the head sommelier of the Kempinski River Park Bratislava hotel restaurant, Mr. Rastislav Šuták. One of the best Slovak sommeliers presented wines together with winemaker Jozef Teplan and chef Bjoern Juhnek to guests of the Kempinski Hotel. This was the first time in the history of this Bratislava hotel that it presented specific Slovak wineries. They are hosted by Mr. They learned from Šuták that, according to him, it is one of the best Slovak wineries, and at the same time they had the opportunity to enjoy an unusual gastronomic experience from the combination of wonderful food and wine. Dry Riesling Rynsky 2011 was served with mussels St. Jakuba with herbs, dry Pinot Gris 2011 beautifully complemented the Amaranth grain risotto, straw Hetera 40 2010 (the number expresses the sugar content of the must) was served with goat cheese soufflé together with a pear, while the only ice wine from our production Frankovka blue 31 2009 perfectly complemented the glazed duck and dry barriqued Pinot Noir 2011 was served with Iberico pork with broccoli cream. At the end, the Valrhona chocolate dessert, which is one of the best in the world, was served with Tramín rosévy 45, 2009. It is the most famous Slovak Tramín, which won several gold medals at international competitions and at the same time won the title of the best Czech-Slovak sweet wine. /Photo: Denisa Tarinová, Trend/
