Wine Tirnavia 2017

The wine competition in Trnava – Vino Tirnavia with international participation is traditionally our favorite in Slovakia. That's why we entered several wines this year as well. They did not disappoint our trust and won several awards. The gold medal was won by Chardonnay 41 barrique r. 2011 and also Alibernet 2012 dry. At the same time, Alibernet also won the President's Award of the IWC Tirnavia Wine Competition and the Vetropack Company. This category was evaluated by a committee of foreign tasters, and the wines entered in it were older than the 2013 vintage. That's why we were particularly pleased with this award. Chardonnay 41 2011 was also awarded with a large gold medal, which also became the champion of its category of sweet wines. The runner-up in the category of sweet wines was our wonderful Muscat Ottonel 42 yr. 2012. Silver was won by Devín 2016 dry and also by Irsai oliver 29 yr. 2016 sweet.
