Wine Tirnavia 2016

Participating in the wine competition in Trnava - Víno Tirnavia has become a nice obligation for us in the spring. As this competition has gained in importance, quality and popularity in recent years, it was a pleasure for us to submit our wines. We were very pleased with the news of winning high awards in the form of a champion in the category of sweet wines for Devín 49 2012 - a straw wine that is a wonderful combination of enticing aromas, powerful taste and a great balance of residual sugar and acids. The endless aftertaste and the enormous ripening potential make it a masterpiece worth tasting. Another rare award is the Mayor of Trnava's Award, which was won by our straw Chardonnay 41 from the year 2011. And thirdly, the nicest award of all - Dorota Pospíšilová's Award for the highest rated wine from newly bred varieties, which was won by our amazing Hetera 29 from the year 2013, which enchants with the combination of fruitiness and sweetness, typical of this variety in higher sugar content.
