Only perfectly ripened bunches from our best location were used to make the wine. The grapes were processed in a gentle way and the sugar content of the must was 28°NM. The wine has an attractive greenish-golden color and an intense aroma of pears. The harmonious fruity-spicy taste with a typical almond shade will surely appeal to every lover of this great variety.
