Gold Medals from Vienna Again

This year, the 14th year of the world's largest wine competition, AWC Vienna 2017, took place. And of course, our wines could not be missing from this extremely objective and prestigious competition. How did we stand up to global competition? A fantastic success of our professional handiwork!

Judge for yourself: 3 gold medals go to our naturally sweet Muscat wines ottonel42 2013, Chardonnay41 2011 and Chardonnay41 barrique 2011. And up to 5 of our wines won a silver medal: Chardonnay 2016, Pálava 2016, Riesling Rynsky 2014 Alibernet selection 2012 and sweet straw wine Pinot gris44 2012.

The competition in Vienna is also extremely strict, as evidenced by the fact that the silver medal is awarded to wines with a point rating of at least 87 points and gold up to 90 points. Curiously, three of our silver-winning wines were only a few tenths of a point below the gold medal threshold. Even such a detail confirms the really high and balanced quality of our wines.
